1. DELIVERY INFORMATION
All online customers will be contacted within 48 hours of purchasing to arrange for delivery.
A delivery date (from Monday to Friday) will be confirmed once the order has been placed.
Although we endeavour to maintain a full supply of stock, unanticipated interest on specific stock is unavoidable and could lead to items being unavailable for immediate delivery.
2. DELIVERY COSTS
We offer free delivery in Strasbourg within a 5km radius of our warehouse for purchases over 59.00€. For purchases further than a 5km radius, the delivery will be charged at the following rates.
3. REFUNDS / RETURN POLICY
Please Note: Grocery products, Fruits & Vegetables, Drinks and Frozen Food are non-refundable items and cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.
